GWBMA files hundreds of Works Copyright applications for foreign clients every year. Please answer a few short questions to get started. Once you submit your order, your Copyright team will contact you immediately.

What is the work properties?

An original work is one not received from others nor one copied from or based upon the work of others. It is a work created with a unique style and substance.
A "changed" or "derivative work" or "Translation work" is defined as a work that contains a significant amount of material that was published, registered with the Copyright Office, or in the public domain.

Creation description

(1) The purpose of creation (why the work was created);
(2) Creation process (the specific production process of the work from scratch, including how to conceive, creation time, what tools or computer software are used in creation, etc.);
(3) Statement of originality (the work is independently created by the author, and there is no case of plagiarizing or copying the work of others).
