China National Intellectual Property Administration Application Fee
China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) is the National Institution, which is in charge of the registration and administration of Patents, Trademarks, and country of origin geographical indications, and guiding law enforcement work regarding trademarks and patents. For the Patent Government fee, the application fee shall be paid within two months from the date of application or within 15 days from the date of receipt of the acceptance notice. The fees paid at the same time as the application fee also include the Publication printing fee and the additional application fee. If the priority advantage is claimed, the priority advantage fee shall be paid at the same time. If the patent application fee is not paid or fully paid within the prescribed time limit, the patent application shall be deemed to be withdrawn. If the number of pages of the Instructions (including the attached drawings) exceeds 30 or the claims exceed 10, an application surcharge fee shall be paid, and the amount shall be calculated based on the number of pages or items exceeded. The amount of the priority advantage fee shall be calculated based on the number of items claiming priority. If the payment is not made or fully paid within the prescribed time limit, it shall be deemed that the priority advantage is not claimed.
